We are committed to making sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, no really. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Cordless Lamps, you may return it for replacement or full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase with your original packaging only. If you have any issues with the performance of your Cordless Lamps, first read through our FAQs, and finally feel free to contact a customer service representative using our contact page.
NOTE: We can only accept returns for NON product issues in our original packaging, including the shade in its original wrap. We do NOT pay for return shipping unless the product was damaged or has a technical issue. Once you contact us, we will approve and issue you, via email, a pre-paid return packing slip.
Unless the product is received defective or damaged, we will charge a return shipping fee of $15 per lamp. We only issue refunds once we receive and inspect your return, so pack with care! We can usually waive those fees if you are looking for an exchange by purchasing a different size, color, etc.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not be responsible for return costs about non-quality issue return request.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Unless the product is received defective or damaged, we will charge a return shipping fee of $15 per lamp.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
